Immerse yourself in yoga with a weekend far away from it all at Caradoc, a beautiful coastal farmhouse with absolutely stunning views in Treligga, North Cornwall. The double bedrooms are charming and comfortable and there are several communal spaces with fireplaces and sunset views. The yoga room is a spacious, gorgeous barn conversion.

In the mornings there will be Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga with Denise followed by an introductory class for any students who are new to the Ashtanga practice. This will be followed by a hearty and wholesome brunch. In the early evenings, Ulric will lead Satyananada-inspired practices including asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation and yoga nidra/guided shavasana. The vegetarian evening meals will be prepared by our amazing chef, Seahem.

Afternoons are free for students to roam around the coastal paths or chill out on the local beach. There are lovely villages and towns to explore and some amazing sacred sites nearby. Polzeath beach offers lots of beach sports including surf lessons and kayaking. There are also lots of quiet spots around the house to curl up with a book.

A Camping Option may be available closer to the date of the retreat at a reduced price of £210.


To reserve your space, we require a non-refundable deposit of £150. The balance must be paid in full by 8th April 2010 and is not refundable after this date.

Getting there:
By train: Several trains leave each day from Paddington to Bodmin Parkway and the journey is around 4 hours.
A taxi from the train station to the house is about £30.
By car: The journey is at least 4.5 hours from London to Treligga.
