Yoga:
Ulric Whyte began his yoga studies with Swami Pragyamurti and Swami Vedantananda of the Satyananda Yoga tradition in 1991. He was captivated from day one by the wealth of yogic practices, their holistic nature and their multi dimensional powers of transformation for body, mind and spirit. He feels deeply indebted to his first teachers and continues to study with both.

Amalgamating his experience and understanding of this tradition, Ulric's approach to teaching is unique and doused with a sense of humour, facilitating a dynamic and purifying practice in a healing and meditative way. His teaching style of supportive and informative instructions and adjustments captures the holistic and spiritual aspects of yoga and is rooted in his longstanding yoga practice.

Being a graduate of the first Yoga Campus Teacher Training intake (200 hour BWY Accredited), Ulric has studied with renowned teachers from many traditions. Ulric has been a mentor on the Yoga Campus Teacher Training Programme since 2005 and in recent years has completed certified Teacher Trainings in Yoga Nidra and a BWY course teaching Yoga to People with cancer. Ulric has taught Yoga since 2001 in London.
